About Bedfordshire
The county of Bedfordshire lies on the outskirts of the East
of England region of the UK. Bordering counties include Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire
and Northamptonshire.
Football is a prominent Bedfordshire sport with many teams
situated in close proximity to the county competing nationally. Luton Town FC is the local
team in the vicinity, playing in all kinds of Bedfordshire weather conditions.
They are nicknamed The Hatters due to Luton’s traditional association with the
hat making industry.
