The Man Who Fell To Perth

He stared at someone in the audience, mouth hanging in an open pout, a smile pulling its corners. Then the glossed lips rolled into a grin of unruly teeth and he gazed down at his guitar. Pearly shadow covered his lids and the lashes sparkled. The lights went red. Ziggy scanned the crowd, no longer the flirt. Black caverns for eyes, molten cheekbones, puffball of crimson hair: a watchful, benevolent visitor.
